This project consisted of 0.9 miles of hot-milled asphalt (HMA) resurfacing on Crocker Boulevard between northbound Gratiot Avenue and Harper Road in the City of Mount Clemens. Work included maintenance of traffic, curb repairs, base conditioning, and geo-synthetic paving fabric. Further improvements included the addition of ADA ramps, permanent signs, permanent pavement markings, and bridge rehabilitation.
