This project is a 83-acre multifamily residential development (high end apartments) consisting of 613 residential units. The infrastructure for the first phase consisting of 108 units and a beautiful club house has been constructed. New units are being built and occupied at a brisk pace. This site is also a part of the Clinton River Corridor Habitat Restoration project, developed in conjunction with the Macomb County Public Works Commission. Approximately 44 acres of land was donated to Clinton Township prior to development for preservation of open space around the Gloede Drain. All storm water drainage from this development will discharge into two large bio retention ponds to improve water quality prior to out letting into the drain. AEW was responsible for the civil engineering of the site, including design of the roads, sanitary and storm sewer, grading, and drainage.
