This project is a new 16,500 square foot building that houses a fleet of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) vehicles in the City of Richmond. The building will also provide additional administration and support space. AEW provided a comprehensive design for this project, delivering architectural, structural, and full civil site design services.
