FCA Industrial Building

This design-build project with Roncelli, Inc. is located on 16 Mile Road and Van Dyke. The new facility houses six robotic spray booths for automobile finishes, along with office, conference, and administrative spaces. This 128,000 square foot facility also includes locker rooms, wash down bays, loading docks, and a mezzanine.

AEW provided architectural, structural engineering, survey, and civil engineering services. The project was completed in Spring of 2018.
