DeKeyser Elementary School

Our firm provided comprehensive design, survey, and construction administration services for site improvements at DeKeyser Elementary School. The project included the full reconstruction of the existing parking lot and playground areas to improve traffic circulation, pedestrian safety, and overall site functionality. Design services addressed grading, drainage, underground infrastructure improvements, and separation of bus drop off and parent drop off to ensure long-term performance. Design improvements met and exceeded national standards. Throughout construction, our team coordinated closely with school representatives and the building contractor to maintain schedule alignment with concurrent facility renovations completed by others. The result is a more efficient, safe, and durable site layout that supports the daily operations of the school.
