Petitpren Distribution Addition

Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick, Inc. (AEW) partnered with Petitpren Inc. to design a 30,000-square-foot addition to their warehouse in Clinton Township for product storage, including a prefabricated walk-in cooler. AEW provided architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing assessments.

Despite site constraints and ongoing operations, AEW collaborated closely with general contractor Roncelli, Inc. to ensure successful design and construction. This expansion increases Petitpren Inc.’s storage capacity, supporting the local business and enhancing service to the community.
