Rollinger Park Splash Pad & Improvements
Rollinger Park in Roseville has been transformed into a vibrant, modern community destination through a comprehensive $2.7 million improvement project completed in 2025. Formerly known as Rotary Park, the renovated space now features a large, 68‑by‑94‑foot splash pad with interactive water elements, serving as a central attraction for families and visitors. Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick, Inc. (AEW) provided surveying, architectural, landscape architectural, and civil engineering services, guiding the project from master planning through final design. The park enhancements also include new pickleball courts, pavilions, a Ninja Warrior–style fitness course, updated playgrounds, and a network of accessible walking paths. Design decisions focused heavily on accessibility, safety, and user comfort, incorporating inclusive play equipment, expanded ADA parking, wider pathways, and shaded seating areas. Early planning efforts included detailed cost analysis and phasing strategies to help align the City’s vision with available funding and long‑term goals. The completed park now serves as a central gathering space that supports recreation, community pride, and Roseville’s broader redevelopment vision.
