Preston Corners is a large master‑planned residential development in Shelby Township spanning a 353‑acre planned unit development and consisting of multiple neighborhoods that include both single‑family condominium and traditional single‑family home developments. The project includes the Manors, Estates, Villas, Vistas, Enclaves, Reserves, Bluffs, Cottages, and an additional 53‑lot phase. AEW provides comprehensive land development and surveying services to support each phase from planning through construction. Services include civil engineering design for roadways, utilities, grading, and stormwater management, as well as surveying, permitting, and coordination with local and state agencies. AEW also prepares condominium documents where applicable, develops easement exhibits, and performs construction staking, irons and monuments, and as‑built documentation. Consistent field coordination and phased implementation maintain design integrity and connectivity across the development. Ongoing since August 2019, Preston Corners continues to deliver modern infrastructure, expanded housing options, and long‑term community growth for Shelby Township.
