Triomphe at Montclair is an 84‑unit stacked ranch condominium development located on the west side of Romeo Plank Road, north of Partridge Creek Boulevard in Clinton Township, Michigan. The project integrates modern residential housing into an established suburban corridor while maintaining efficient infrastructure, environmental compliance, and long‑term utility reliability across an 11‑acre site. AEW provided comprehensive land development, surveying, and floodplain remediation services to support the project from preliminary engineering through construction. Civil engineering design included water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems, with new utilities connecting to existing 8‑inch and 10‑inch municipal mains. Stormwater management was addressed through a coordinated regional detention basin designed to meet local and state regulatory requirements. Construction staking, easement preparation, and as‑built documentation ensured accurate execution and long‑term serviceability. Completed in 2025, the development expands housing options while strengthening public infrastructure and protecting downstream waterways in the Partridge Creek area.
