UCS EISENHOWER HIGH SCHOOL 2025 ATHLETIC IMPROVEMENTS

Eisenhower High School completed a major athletic improvement project on its Shelby Township campus as part of Utica Community Schools’ successful 2023 bond program. The approximately $6.59 million investment modernizes athletic facilities to support student safety, performance, and an enhanced overall athletic experience. AEW collaborated with the multidisciplinary design team led by Integrated Design Solutions, providing civil engineering, surveying, and construction support services. The project required careful coordination to integrate multiple new athletic facilities within an active school site while addressing stormwater management constraints and a defined construction footprint. Improvements include a new state‑of‑the‑art athletic complex with turf baseball and softball fields, expanded parking, new driveways, stormwater management infrastructure, and supporting amenities such as bullpens, batting cages, bleachers, restrooms, concessions, sidewalks, and picnic areas. AEW supported the district’s vision through detailed site engineering and proactive coordination throughout design and construction. The completed complex significantly enhances athletic programming, accessibility, and community pride for Eisenhower High School and the surrounding community.
