Washington Township Fire Station #3
The Washington Township Fire Station #3 is a state-of-the-art, 8,000-square-foot facility designed to meet the needs of the growing community. The station includes essential amenities such as a day room, offices, an exercise room, dormitories, restrooms, and an apparatus bay. Key design considerations included provisions for future expansion, integration with existing community infrastructure, and the placement of a detention pond which outlets by infiltration into the ground therefore requiring no storm outlet.
Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick, Inc. (AEW) led the project, providing architectural, structural engineering, civil engineering design, and surveying services. Our team collaborated with Peter Basso Associates (PBA) for mechanical and electrical engineering, fire protection design, and telecommunications. Wakely Associates, Inc. (WA) contributed to estimating, quality control, and specification writing. The result is a beautiful, modern fire station that enhances emergency response capabilities and strengthens the community’s safety infrastructure.
