Wolverine Country Club Estates II is a 281‑unit single‑family condominium development located along Romeo Plank Road north of 25 Mile Road in Macomb Township. The project encompasses more than 100 acres and is planned and constructed in nine phases, including a signature prefabricated pedestrian bridge crossing the Middle Branch of the Clinton River. AEW provided comprehensive land development and surveying services, supporting the project from final site plan approval through construction. Services included detailed site engineering, mass land balancing, preparation of easement exhibits, and coordination with local and state permitting agencies. AEW also designed the foundations and abutments for the pedestrian bridge, enhancing connectivity and access to natural features within the community. Extensive construction‑phase support—such as staking, irons and monuments, and as‑built documentation—ensured accurate and efficient implementation. Completed in September 2020, the development expands housing options, strengthens infrastructure, and contributes to long‑term growth and walkability in Macomb Township.
