Welcomed, and a little overwhelmed

Communication is key, communicate with your team members, clients, and contractors. Zoom, texts, and email are great and you must use them. But face to face communication is so important. Helping build the architecture department into what it is today. I hope that I have helped create an environment that is positive, creative, and hard working.
I love this company, the people, what we do for our clients and the communities that we work in. I just hope that I can play a small role in handing the company over to the next generation even stronger. This is such a tall order, because our founders and past leaders have left such large shoes to fill.
