Warren Anderson founds Anderson and Associates in Mt. Clemens, MI
1970

George Eckstein joins the firm, now known as Anderson, Eckstein and Associates
1971

The firm moves to a new office in the former Medea Hotel and Bath House in Mt. Clements. once the largest bath house in the world
1972

The firm moves headquarters to Garfield Rd. and 19 Mile Rd. in Clinton Township
1972

Bill Westrick joins the firm, now Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick, Inc.
1973

Survey Department launches
1974

Construction Services department launches
1977

A plan is developed for gradual ownership transfer from the original three owners to younger key employees to perpetuate the firm
1984

Warren Anderson retires. George Eckstein becomes president of the firm
1987

Architecture Department launches
1989

Board of Directors is established
1992

Current headquarters is opened, designed by AEW Architectural Group
1993

Bill Westrick becomes president of the firm
1994

GIS Department launches
1994

AEW collaborates with the closing of Pate, Hirn, and Bogue, absorbing that firm's municipal clients

Roseville satellite office opens

AEW celebrates 30 years in business

Roy Rose becomes president

AEW celebrates 35 years in business

AEW celebrates 40 years in business
