Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on prospective clients and projects to assist project managers in preparing effective proposals.
  • Proofreads outbound correspondence such as proposals, contracts, letters, emails, etc. for content, format, and consistency of company standards.
  • Prepares and coordinates the production of proposals and reports.
  • Updates project and employee profiles for proposal usage.
  • Assists with promotional events and trade shows, coordinating material use, and staff attending events.
  • Creates company advertisements and computer graphics.
  • Assists with PowerPoint presentations, letter writing and report writing.
  • Prepares submittals for receiving project awards
  • Writes press releases and updates company website and social media sites with new postings.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Communication or Marketing
  • Experience in a technical writing in the Civil Engineering/Architecture field

  • Must have excellent communication, computer and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, PowerPoint, Photoshop and InDesign software.
